I had bought one (my first MIJ), but only after a half of a year I found the answer for "why old guitar looks so ... new" question.
Seller make me some troubles, I make for him... he gave me money back - so I have no pretensions to him. He told that guitars came for him from Korea (South of course =Р )

He sold at least 5 of its.
Be careful and don't buy too good-looking MIJ ;)
